A change in diet is a good start to treating and curing your lipoma. A better diet means less waste material for the body to eliminate. For most people, this means avoiding processed foods, eliminating artificial sweeteners (such as aspartame, cyclamates, saccharin, splenda), eliminating sodas and carbonated drinks sweetened with GMO high fructose corn syrup), no white sugar, no white flour and eating preservative- and chemical-free foods (no nitrates, nitrites, BHA, BHT).
Foods To Add To Reduce Lipomas
Eating more fresh organic vegetables and fruits and with a reduction in GMO foods (for example, corn, soy and canola). Also, lots of water during the day. Alkaline pH water is very helpful for reducing acidosis. Adding the juice of ½ lemon and a ¼ tsp of baking soda to make the lemon water more alkaline to reduce the acidity in your body.
If you have access to a juicer and can add more fruit and vegetable juices to your daily diet will offer faster results. Note: when you change your diet to eliminate toxins and sugars you may experience seeing parasites come out in your stools. Don’t be alarmed – you have simply taken away their food source and you want them out rather than in.
If a change in diet does not seem to work, then a natural herb, homeopathic remedy or other detox protocol like a liver flush might be necessary to boost up the kidneys and liver function and balance the endocrine system in order to get rid of all the lipomas.
